1. Where are they made?
They are made in India. They are made as well as they were when made in the USA. I’ve worn these shoes for 25 years, and replace them about every 4 years. They get resolved twice in those 4 years. The leather sole on the India-made shoes doesn’t last too long, but local resoles last far longer.
2. Is the inside shoe sole removable?
No, it’s not removable. If you try to, you’ll damage the shoes. I’ll strongly recommend these shoes. I have three pairs.
